Join Allstate Insurance Agency - Tunnell Agency as a Licensed Customer Service Agent in Park Ridge, IL! This exciting role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our valued clients while working in a supportive and dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with policy inquiries and provide expert guidance on insurance products.
- Process policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently and accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.
- Educate clients on coverage options and risk management strategies.
- Manage client communications through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed advice.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with agency policies.
Requirements:
- Valid Illinois insurance license in Property and Casualty.
- Prior Allstate experience in customer service or insurance is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
